A Taurus - Mark’s influences include: King Crimson, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Iron Butterfly, Genesis (Peter Gabriel era), Yes, Depeche Mode, Gentle Giant, Procol Harum, Pink Floyd, Alice in chains, SoundGarden and some latin acts like Caifanes, Café Tacuba, Santa Sabina, Fito Paez, Juan Luis Guerra, Carlos Varela.

Mark has been playing in the Dominican rock scene since 1998 when his band Nomadas won the national Band competition (The Phoenix). In 2002 Mark was a part in the development of Voces en el Plasma (myspace.com/vocesenelplasma) one of Dominican rock underground icons until 2004 when he moved to Ny to try to make a spot in the international music industry…
